At the start, I was overwhelmed with all the companies that were calling and texting, jamming a quote down my throat it felt like! I couldn't even understand what they said, their accent was so thick! At Transplicity, we offer a range of auto transport services, including domestic shipping, open and enclosed vehicle transport, and door-to-door delivery. Our goal is to provide you with options that best suit your needs.
How do I get a quote for my vehicle transport?
Simply visit our website and fill out the quote form or call our customer service line. We’ll need some basic information like the make and model of your vehicle, pickup and destination locations, and your preferred shipping method to provide an accurate quote.
How far in advance should I book my auto transport?
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance. This allows us to better plan and optimize our transport routes, potentially saving you money and ensuring timely delivery. Depending upon availability, same day and next day options are available as well.
Do you offer both domestic and international shipping?
At the moment, we only provide domestic shipping services, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Whether you’re moving within the United States or shipping your vehicle to a US island, we have solutions tailored to fit your needs.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, typically a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery of your vehicle.

We have several options for payment and deposits made via credit card are always at no additional charge.

Can I cancel my booking? Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, you can cancel your booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours forfeit their deposit, but may use that deposit towards a future booking.
How do I prepare my vehicle for transport?
Your vehicle should be clean, the interior must be empty of personal items, and if reported to your transportation expert as operable in good working condition. Make sure to note of any existing damages and report them to the driver upon pickup.
What should I remove from my vehicle before shipping?
Please remove all personal belongings, important documents, and any custom installations like DVD players or subwoofers that can be easily detached. You may transport up to 150 lbs within the truck of your vehicle.
Can I pack personal items in the car during transport?
Yes, we allow up to 150 lbs within the trunk of your vehicle. You will need to remove anything harmful that may burst open under high heat or increasing pressure.
How can I track my vehicle during transport?
Most carriers offer real-time tracking services, allowing you to monitor your vehicle’s progress throughout its journey.
Is my vehicle insured during the shipping process?
Absolutely, all open carriers insure your vehicle up to $100,000 and enclosed carriers insure your vehicle up to $1,000,000 from the moment it is picked up until it’s safely delivered.
What happens if my vehicle gets damaged during transport?
In the unlikely event of damage, the carrier will cover repair costs through their comprehensive insurance policy. Please inspect your vehicle upon delivery and report any concerns within 48 hours.
How will I know when my vehicle will be delivered?
You will receive updates throughout the transport process, including notification when your vehicle is nearing its destination. A final confirmation will be sent to you a few hours after delivery.
What happens if I'm not available at the time of delivery?
If you’re not available, we can either reschedule the delivery or authorize someone else to receive the vehicle on your behalf.
What's the difference between open and enclosed transport?
Open transport is more economical and is suitable for most vehicles. Enclosed transport provides extra protection from weather and road debris, and is recommended for luxury or vintage cars.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping for customers who require faster delivery. Please note that this service comes at an additional cost.
